REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the same style in a different size as long as the item is in pristine condition with no body stains or smells. If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or you have received the wrong item please contact info@alfonsdovana.com and we will be happy to assist you the next business day. The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded to during the working hours. If you email us outside the working hours you will responded to the next available working day.

SHIPPING POLICY

All Domestic & International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Processing Time: 2-6 Business Days

Domestic Shipping Time: 2-4 Business Days

International Shipping Time: 2-6 Weeks (Depends on Local Customs)

Domestic Shipping: $15
International Shipping: $25

Address must be filled out correctly and complete with accurate unit, suite, or apt info.

No insurance is included for orders with USPS.

We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipment.

PO Box addresses can only be shipped using USPS Service.

All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. We will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. International orders are shipped USPS and then enter into the respective countries mail system, therefore they are not traceable because they enter the new countries postal system which are entirely different than USPS.

Foreign customs processing times vary greatly, generally from 1-5 weeks.

USPS First Class International orders may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks from date of shipment. Please plan accordingly when shopping.
